About the global warming
According to legend, it is said that long ago, a virus decimated much of humanity.
People believed the animal kingdom would take over and restore balance. But things took a darker turn: the virus mutated and began infecting wild animals already weakened by human pollution.
These animals became zombie beasts. Upon awakening, all infected species waged war against each other for territory, devouring any remaining men, women, and children as punishment.
Mother Nature took her revenge.
We discovered an ancient grimoire with original illustrations of the monsters.

Canopia Humanis Horribilis
Once humans died from the pollution they created, having nothing left to drink, nothing left to eat, once every other kind of living species stopped to breathe on Earth still because of the human activity and overconsumption, Pachamama rised from her long forced rest deep in Mother Nature’s womb.
Better than a lessons & learn (because we never learn), Pachamama used a curse to punish us, mixing humain being and vegetables as new species.
Hybrid creatures, all connected together thanks to roots and sap.
Planted into a burned ground, in the middle of ashes and dust hiding the sunlight, will we be able this last time to live in harmony with nature ? To preserve natural resources trying not to suffocate ? Will we be able to protect each other as the trees do ? Will we be able to finally communicate with each other ?
The human being is filth.

I also propose workshops focused on creating fantasy and science fiction universes. These workshops are primarily designed for fans of these genres – young people and adults – who are passionate about comics, movies, or simply imaginative worlds.
My goal is to immerse these aficionados in a unique experience where they can express their creativity and develop their own style.
Mobbing, greed, avarice and thirst for power.
Capitalist‑style management.
A viper’s tongue locked behind padlocked lips: the self‑proclaimed elite controls every word the boss utters. Long pointed ears strain to catch every rumor and piece of gossip. A straw is jammed into the brain, because the office’s wolves and sharks must sip the fresh ideas they can’t create themselves.
On the forehead, a dollar sign—like a third eye—betrays greed and avarice. And the only one who ends up winning it all? The little worm that gorges itself, again and again, on everything it can leech from that vermin.
About light and darkness within
Illustration to Put in Perspective a Timeless Question:
Are there too many of us on Earth?
In the face of the climate, geopolitical, economic, and societal challenges humanity faces, what responsibility do we bear when bringing a new generation into the world—a generation that must accept and confront these issues?
Does the desire to have children stem from selfishness? Or is it, at least in part, guided by nature itself—the same natural forces that created life? Could there be a physical or chemical impetus aiming to counterbalance the harms of pollution, war, racism, and famine through the emergence of a more sensitive, empathetic, and conscientious generation capable of slowing, or even reversing, the damage we've done?
Or will this generation instead seek to escape the responsibilities we've left them, much like the dream of fleeing to other planets once Earth becomes uninhabitable? Will they feel burdened by the selfishness of their parents, despite the love given to them?
This reflection brings to mind a quote from Rust Cohle, a character in True Detective, Season 1:
"I think human consciousness is a tragic misstep in evolution. We became too self-aware; nature created an aspect of itself separate from itself. We are creatures that should not exist by natural law, laboring under the illusion of having a self—a secretion of sensory experience and feeling—programmed with total assurance that we are each somebody, when in fact everybody’s nobody. I think the honorable thing for our species to do is deny our programming, stop reproducing, walk hand in hand into extinction—one last midnight, brothers and sisters opting out of a raw deal."
Yet, as a very good friend reminded me with her contagious enthusiasm, the illustration can also be interpreted differently. It may represent a connection to the inner child, a path to reconnect and purify ourselves while accessing a higher consciousness. Through this connection, we may elevate ourselves and reveal our truest selves.
It is difficult to see others suffering from depression or any other mental disorder that affects their daily life and their loved ones.
We always want to help, to reach out a hand to pull them out of the darkness that consumes them.
But be careful, sometimes in trying to help, we risk falling into the abyss ourselves.
Moreover, it is never easy to help someone who has not yet gained the clarity to accept the offered hand.
I like to think that this drawing, dedicated to the memory of Kurt Cobain, finds its place in the Spiritual section of my site.
The original artwork (featuring just the two characters and the arrows) dates back to 1996. I revisited it on April 5, 2024, after rediscovering my old drawing folders, and added the frame, flowers (a nod to the iconic Unplugged concert scene), and lyrics from "Endless, Nameless."
It feels like the right moment to bring it to life again.
A big thank you to Kurt Cobain and Nirvana for being the soundtrack to our youth, and for still resonating with us whenever nostalgia calls.
