Created series of 11 videos with voiceover using Replay (Articulate 360 suite) and Memu (app screen simulator) to teach store managers to use new Point of Sale app. Training also included a participant manual, which can be seen here.

Created a scenario exercise about handling customer complaints using Rise (Articulate 360 suite) to teach store personnel how to correctly handle customer complaints from customers in the store and on the phone. Training also included a job aid, which can be seen here.
