Training Needs Analysis with audience (first time managers), supervisors of new managers and HR to develop outline of skills and knowledge required, desired length of course, budget and time available.
Design and Development of training methods and materials. Created a 10-week ILT programme with self-paced activities and skill application in between ILT session.
Implementation of training by delivering entire 10-week program to 4 new managers.
Evaluation together with HR and sales department to review changes in sales figures (resulted in 27% increase against previous quarter before training) and testimonials from team members led by new managers.
