I created a module on presentation skills for staff in the company to take. The module is ILT and includes many practical activities where participants deliver presentations and are evaluated by their peers and trainer. The course was developed for all levels of staff.

Training Needs Analysis for audience - pre-session survey o understand key areas of improvement, input from HR department about key skills required
Design & Development of materials for ILT session including session design outline, training slides, participant handout and evaluation forms
Implementation of ILT session with group of staff members during a broader Training of Trainers workshop
Evaluation of session using pre-post self and peer evaluation
