Dear Parents / Guardians,

Please be reminded of the following:

v Morning time Procedure

Ø Teachers and Staff will be available to receive and guide children at the gate in the morning.

Ø Drop off time starts at 7:30 – 7:45

Ø We are asking your kind assistance in providing your child with a mask to wear at school.

Ø Children are to bring with them in the morning their own snacks, lunch and drinks clearly marked snack or lunch. No food will be sold on campus.

Ø The hand washing station at the gate is not to be used by students in the mornings at arrival time. Students will move directly to their classrooms where they will wash hands using the classroom sink.

Ø “We’re asking that only staff and students come on campus during school hours 7:15-2:15. If you need to meet with myself or the admin staff please reach out and set an appointment in advance for after school hours” and to reiterate that there will be no food deliveries allowed to reduce contact and movement on campus.

Home time Procedure

Ø Students dismissal time is at 2 o’ clock.

Ø The security guard along with a teacher will be at the gate to assist your child to their vehicle.

Necessities for backpack

Ø Extra uniform

Ø Rain gears

Ø Mosquito Repellant

Ø Pencil case (please provide an inexpensive case so student can store personal belongings)
