Types of Families

  3. Extended Family-is a family that consist of mom, dad, child, or children and grandparents, cousins or a relative.

  4. Adopted Family- is a family that has an adopted child or children who was born to another parent.

Roles of family members

  • Each family member has responsibilities.

  • provide enough food to eat and clothes to wear

Math- Subtract the number sentences in math note book with regrouping using 2 digits.

Language Arts- complete Language Arts worksheet on Contractions.

Reading Comprehension- read the story “An Inch in the Middle” in the Kittens and Children Reader on pages 36 and 37, then answer the question sheet. Choose two words form the worksheet in each verse that rhymes.

  • read the verses, find the two words that rhymes and write it on the line.

H.F.L.E- Using the rectangular shape Bristol board create a poster with your family in your household (mom, dad, sister, brother, and other family members that lives in the same house)

-you can draw or print pictures.

- the pictures don’t need to be big

-you can print a group picture and print it on the Bristol board.

- decorate your Bristol board
