If your abstract is accepted, please read the following as you prepare your presentation and paper.
If you are only presenting but are not interested in publishing your paper, you may only prepare a ‘presentation’. If you are presenting as well as submitting your full paper for consideration in a post-conference publication (either the Journal of Heritage Management or an independent volume), then you should submit your full paper by May 31, 2017 and present your paper at the conference. Even if you submit a full paper but do not present at the conference, we will not consider your paper for publication process. Papers submitted for publication will go for a second round of review of the full papers.
1. Please plan your presentation for 15 minutes, so that we can keep 5 minutes for questions & answer following your presentation.
2. You can use powerpoint, prezi or any audio visual format for your presentation. We will provide the presentation facilities including a laptop and a projector. If you need anything special, you should inform the organizers well in advance, and we will try to accommodate your needs.
3. You must be registered for the conference in order for your presentation to be included in the conference programme.
4. You may like to copy-edit your abstract, since all abstracts will be published in a pre-conference proceeding.
5. After you register, please send us a brief bio (maximum 100 words) to be included in the pre-conference proceeding, as well as to be used for your introduction at the time of your presentation.
6. If there are more than one authors, then those attending/presenting must also register individually.
7. We request all the authors/presenters to register by March 31st to ensure the allocation of presentation slots in the programme schedule, as well as to take advantage of special early bird registration rate.

1. Posters will be on display in an exhibition hall of University during the entire duration of the conference.
2. Poster boards will be of size 3’high x 6’ wide landscape with white background. The poster is not required to be any particular size, shape, or style, but cannot exceed the size of the board. You can be creative with your main info, pictures, diagrams, figures, etc.
3. The posters can be made as self-explanatory as possible to initiate the discussions. They need to provide a brief overview and not include all the details of your work.
4. The basic materials such as tapes, double-sided tapes, push-pins and staples will be available at the hall. If you think you may need certain materials, other than these, please bring them with you.
