Mary Beth Borgstadt, PharmD, BCPS
Mary Beth graduated from the University of Montana in 2006 and completed her PGY1 training at Billings Clinic in 2010. She joined the HCMC team in 2013 and currently serves as a clinical pharmacy resource within the cardiology and medicine departments. Mary Beth precepts residents and students during core and elective cardiology rotations, and her practice interests include academia and medication therapy management. Mary Beth enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, and recycling.
Kristy Butler, PharmD, BCPS
Kristy is originally from Boca Raton, FL. She graduated with a B.S. in Biological Science: Pre-Med/Pre-Professional and a B.S. in Psychobiology from Florida Atlantic University in 2008. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Shenandoah University in 2012, went on to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at HCMC in 2013, and became Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy that same year. After residency, Kristy continued working as a clinical pharmacist at HCMC primarily staffing evening medicine, family medicine, and internal medicine. She enjoys covering renal, cardiology, hospitalist, inpatient, and psych services and educates the PGY1 pharmacy residents on diabetes management at HCMC as part of the Core Curriculum series. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, visiting family in Florida, spending time with her husband and nephew and being outdoors.
Rosemary Dulac, PharmD, BCPP
Rosemary Dulac graduated from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy in 1986 and obtained BCPP certification in 2017. During her time at HCMC she has worked to establish a clinical pharmacy service in the SICU's, the hospital adverse drug reaction program, the Clinical Therapeutics program and the pharmacist's role on the inpatient pain consult team. Currently, she has enjoyed working in Psychiatry for the past several years and serving on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Professional association memberships include ASHP/MSHP, ACCP and KE. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, camping, spending time at the cabin and singing in the church choir.
Kelsi Giller, PharmD, BCPS
Kelsi attended the University of Minnesota to complete both her Bachelor of Science and PharmD degrees. She then completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at HCMC. Following residency, Kelsi joined the clinical pharmacist team, primarily staffing evening cardiology and nephrology services and also covering internal medicine, general surgery, neurology, and orthopedics. She also became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. In her free time, Kelsi loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, and reading.
Jennifer Helbling, PharmD, BCPS
Jennifer Helbling graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2015 and completed her PGY1 residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. After residency, Jen worked at the University of Minnesota Medical Center as a float pharmacist primarily on the general medicine and cardiology floors and on the pain service before coming back to HCMC full time in 2018. At HCMC, she works as a clinical pharmacist on the internal medicine and cardiology services. When away from work, Jen enjoys carbs, everything Harry Potter, spending time with family and traveling as much as possible.
Laura Hubbard, PharmD, BCPS
Laura Hubbard graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2008. She then completed a PGY1 residency at the Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana followed by a PGY2 residency in Critical Care at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. Laura's focus at HCMC is cardiovascular medicine serving as the primary pharmacist for the cardiology consult services as well as the primary preceptor for the cardiology rotation for the Critical Care and Internal Medicine PGY2 programs. Laura is also the Anticoagulation Stewardship Pharmacist and the VTE Committee Co-Chair. Prior to transitioning to the cardiology services, she worked to develop pharmacy services within the Emergency Department. Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling, activities outdoors, and spending time with her children, husband, and friends.
Brooke Menon, PharmD, BCPS
Brooke Menon graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2011. She completed her PGY1 general practice residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in 2012 and joined the HCMC team following her residency. She primarily staffs the Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Transitions of Care, and Psychiatry inpatient services. She also has experience in MTM from her time in the HCMC Internal Medicine Clinic as well as Correctional Health as former Pharmacy Jail Laison. Brooke is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy. Brooke enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.
Haley Pajunen, PharmD, BCPS
Haley graduated from North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy in 2023 and completed her PGY1 Residency at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota. She joined the clinical team at HCMC in 2024 and earned her Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) credential in 2025. Her primary practice areas include internal medicine and cardiology, with professional interests in medication therapy management, precepting, and process improvement. She is also an active member of the pharmacy wellbeing committee. Outside of work, Haley enjoys outdoor activities, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
Bhavin Patel, PharmD
Bhavin Patel graduated from the University of Minnesota - College of Pharmacy in 1999. He completed a General Practice Residency at Mayo Clinic - Rochester in 2000 and a Nephrology/Kidney Transplant Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2001. Bhavin currently rounds with the two renal teams at HCMC and is a primary preceptor of the institution's PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency, PGY2 in Solid Organ Transplant, and PGY2 in Transitions of Care. He is a member of ACCP and involved in National Kidney Foundation. Bhavin enjoys watching movies and sports, and spending time with his wife and children.
Joel Peterson, PharmD, BCPS
Joel Peterson is a 2011 graduate of the Drake University College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. He obtained his BCPS certification in 2012. Joel spends the majority of his time on HCMC’s cardiology services as well as the cardiology consult service. He is the PGY1 Residency Program Director, Residency and APPE coordinator and the chair of the Residency Advisory Council. His professional affiliations include ASHP, ACCP and MCCP. In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and his two lovely daughters. He also loves doing anything outside (skiing, camping, hiking, floating on Perch Lake), golfing, and the occasional video game or two.
Haley Spaulding, PharmD, BCPS
Haley grew up in Libertyville, Illinois and attended pharmacy school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. After graduation, she came to Minneapolis to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and eventually a PGY2 in Internal Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center. Following residency Haley stayed on as a clinical pharmacist at HCMC working primarily evenings and became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. While not at the hospital, Haley likes to spend time with her husband and Newfoundland Edna, golf, and try new breweries and restaurants around the Twin Cities.
Andrew Swartz, PharmD, BCPS
Andrew Swartz graduated from the from Drake University College of Pharmacy in 2011 and completed a post-graduate year 1 residency at Essentia Health – Saint Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, MN in 2012. He obtained his BCPS certification later that same year. Since completing his residency, Andrew has served in a variety of roles including interim pharmacist-in-charge, overnight pharmacist for both inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, and as a clinical pharmacist. At HCMC, Andrew splits his time between the Family Medicine service and the evening shift on Cardiac/Renal units, but also covers inpatient, renal, internal medicine, and other positions as needed. During his free time, Andrew enjoys playing board games, cooking, and hanging out with friends.
Rajani Wikelius, PharmD, BCPS
Rajani Wikelius graduated from the University of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy in 2000 & joined the HCMC team soon afterwards. She primarily staffs the Internal Medicine service but is also a credentialed MTM pharmacist and has worked in most clinical areas throughout the years. Rajani currently enjoys her role as the PGY2 Internal Medicine Residency Coordinator, and serves as a preceptor for residents and students. Rajani is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and is a member of ACCP and ASHP. She is an active member of the HCMC pharmacy PGY1 Residency Planning Committee and the Clinical Advisory Team (CAT). In her spare time, she enjoys baking/cooking, running, traveling and spending time with her pharmacist husband and son.
Zach Wyman, PharmD, BCPS
Zachary received his PharmD from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy in 2011. After graduating, he stayed at HCMC and began his career by working overnights in central pharmacy and community pharmacy. He transitioned to working in the Psychiatry in 2012 and still primarily covers Psychiatry. Zachary completed the Non-Traditional PGY1 Residency program at HCMC from 2013-2016. He obtained his BCPS in 2017. He is a member of MCCP and CPNP. When not working, Zachary enjoys anything outdoors (backcountry alpine skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping) spending time with his wife Amanda and two sons Soren and Odin and taking Avery (his chocolate lab) to the dog park. He is also on the lookout for the best donuts and fries.

Tracy Anderson-Haag, PharmD, BCPS
Tracy Anderson-Haag is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Kidney Transplantation at Hennepin Healthcare and has a Clinical Assistant Professor appointment at the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2000 and completed a 2-year Nephrology/Transplantation Specialty Residency at HCMC in 2002 and became Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy that same year. Tracy is responsible for the care of inpatient and ambulatory kidney transplant patients and living donors across all phases of transplant. In addition to her patient care activities, Tracy is also the Residency Program Director of the PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant residency program at HCMC. Tracy is a member of ACCP and ASHP and was accepted as a Full Doctoral Member of the American Society of Transplantation. In her spare time she enjoys reading, trail running and biking, fly fishing, traveling and spending time with her husband Mike and children.
Jenny Barnabei, PharmD, BCACP
Jenny received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at West Side Community Health Services in St. Paul through the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Care Residency Program. She is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Provider who has worked at HCMC as a Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist since 2012. Jenny's practice interests include working with Spanish-speaking patients and patients with diabetes and asthma. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, camping, photography, biking, tennis, playing the trumpet and spending time with friends and family.
Kristen Gamache, PharmD, BCPS, AAHIVP
Kristen Gamache graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2002. Her current practice at HCMC began in 2003 in the Infectious Diseases Clinic (IDC)-Positive Care Center (PCC) but her role as a pharmacist has extended through providing Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services in clinic and aiding the inpatient HIV/ID consulting team. Since 2007, she’s kept active credentials through the American Academy of HIV Medicine and BCPS certification. Kristen uses her Doctor of Pharmacy degree to help ensure that people living with HIV have access to top-level, patient-centered care through any or all phases of their lives. Outside of work Kristen is most often seen cheering on her 3-kids in club or high school soccer, Nordic skiing, and Track & Field.
Mark P. Holtan, PharmD, BCACP, AAHIVP
Mark Holtan graduated from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy in 2006. He graduated in 2002 with a BA from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. He is currently the manager of the Specialty Pharmacy and MTM ambulatory program. In his spare time, Mark enjoys road, gravel, and mountain biking, running, cross-country & downhill skiing, and spending time with his wife Haley, their children and their dogs.
Eric Hung, PharmD, CACP
Eric graduated from University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2008 and completed post graduate residency program at the University of Minnesota in 2009. Following residency, Eric worked as a part time instructor for the College of Pharmacy and also started building his practice as a clinical pharmacist at People’s Center Clinics and Services (formally known as Cedar Riverside People’s Center). In 2010, Eric expanded his pharmacy practice to include Open Cities Health Center in St. Paul, MN while keeping one day a week at People’s Center Clinics and Services and then joined the ambulatory team at Hennepin in 2011, practicing in the Internal Medicine and Anticoagulation Clinics. He currently still works part time at People’s Center Clinics and Services. In 2018, Eric joined the UCARE P&T Committee as a voting member and more recently, in June of 2020 started teaching pharmacology at St. Catherine University. In his free time, Eric enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
George Konstantinides, PharmD, BCPS, AAHIVP
George Konstantinides is an ambulatory care pharmacist in HIV/Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology/Liver, and Rheumatology Clinics, at Hennepin Healthcare (HCMC). George received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, from St John’s University, in 2007. He then attended the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, graduating in 2011. After graduation, George pursued training at HCMC as a PGY1 pharmacy practice resident. George’s therapeutic interests include infectious diseases, general medicine, rheumatology and hepatitis C. He is a past-president of the Minnesota College of Clinical Pharmacy and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. At HCMC, George is the Residency Program Director for the PGY1 Ambulatory Residency. Outside of work, George enjoys biking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Shin Kwon, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP
Shin Kwon graduated from Yeungnam University College of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) in 2003 and University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy (PharmD) in 2006. She became Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) in 2012 and was credentialed though the American Academy of HIV Medicine as HIV Pharmacist. She currently works at Hennepin Healthcare as an ambulatory clinical pharmacist in the Internal Medicine, Coordinated Care, Neurology, and Comprehensive Weight Management Clinics, provides pharmacy consultation services to primary care clinics as Clinic Consult PharmD, and also staffs in the HIV Specialty Community Pharmacy. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lindsay Laird is originally from McFarland, WI. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2018. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant residency at Hennepin Healthcare. She splits her time between Transplant Clinic and Interventional Pain Clinic. Heather Legris, PharmD, BCPS, MSCP
Heather Legris graduated from the University of Washington in 1993 (BS Pharmacy) and 1995 (PharmD). She completed a two year Pharmacy Practice residency at the University of Washington Medical Center/Harborview Medical Center, Seattle WA. She obtained BCPS certification in 2000. Currently, Heather spends her time in the Coordinated Care Center. Her areas of interest are deprescribing, pain management, and hypertension. Heather joined the staff at HCMC in 2001.

Anne Spenningsby graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2009. She completed the PGY1 and PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. Her primary site is in the Transplant Clinic splitting her time between coordinating the Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement and Regulatory Program and as a Transplant PharmD for the Kidney Transplant Program. Anne also has her MPH from the University of Minnesota in Public Health Management and Policy and was a Registered Dietitian in a “former” life. Anne enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.

Julie Vandergon graduated from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy in 2004. She completed a critical care residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She obtained her BCPS certification in 2006 and AAHIVP certification in 2009. Julie spends her time on the infectious disease team in the HCMC Positive Care Center providing MTM services and alternating weeks with the HIV/AIDS inpatient consult team. Katie A. Won, PharmD, BCOP
Katie Won graduated in 1997 from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She completed a residency in critical care at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. She obtained her BCOP specialty certification in 2003 and recertified in 2010 and 2017. Currently, Katie spends her time on the oncology team in the HCMC Comprehensive Cancer Center alternating with chemotherapy protocol build and maintenance in Epic Beacon. Katie is a member of the institution’s Cancer Committee, Medication Safety Committee, and Cancer Center Subcommittee of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. She belongs to professional associations including ACCP, HOPA, and ASCO. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Lu graduated from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota with Doctor of Pharmacy in 1998. She obtained Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist certification from BPS in 2000-2007 and recertified for 2007-2014. She is a medication therapy management pharmacist in the Cardiology Clinic as well as Anticoagulation Clinic. Dr. Lu is also a Clinical Associate Professor at the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy. She is an editor and author for various professional journals. Aileen Ahiskali, PharmD, BCIDP
Aileen is originally an East Coast native, having lived in New Jersey and New York City prior to moving to Minnesota. She graduated from the Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University in 2014 and subsequently completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. Since then, Aileen has been the Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist for Hennepin Healthcare where she serves as the co-chair of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program and clinically rounds with the infectious diseases consult service. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, exploring Minnesota’s endless microbreweries, and finding innovative ways to stay warm in the winter.
Maggie Albrecht, PharmD, BCCCP
Maggie grew up in Lino Lakes, MN. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2019. She completed her PGY1 and PGY2 Critical Care Residency at HCMC. Maggie primarily covers the Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Floor, and Neonatal ICU units. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trying new restaurants.
Nicholas Beaupre, PharmD, BCCCP
Nick is originally from Big Lake, MN. He pursued undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2017. He completed his PGY-1 Residency at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI in 2018 after which he completed a PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at HCMC in 2018. He has been at HCMC since residency and has become one for the Emergency Medicine Pharmacists. His primary professional interests include emergency medicine and infectious disease. Outside of his professional career, he enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin in Alexandria, MN. He also enjoys exploring the Twin Cities area’s restaurants, breweries, and parks.
Allison Brask, PharmD, BCCCP
Allison is originally from Mt. Prospect, Illinois. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University in 2020. She completed her PGY- 1 Pharmacy Residency at Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City followed by her PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Hennepin Healthcare in 2022. She currently covers overnights in the Emergency Department and her professional interests include vasopressor utilization in shock states, toxicology, and medication safety. Outside of work, you can find her doing hot yoga, traveling the world, hanging out in the North Loop neighborhood, or watching reality TV with her cat.
Lori Chiappetta, PharmD
Lori Chiappetta graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2009 and completed the critical care residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2010. Lori became Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy in 2011. Lori's current role and responsibilities at HCMC is currently evening ICU coverage in the medical, surgical, pediatric intensive care and burn units. In her spare time, Lori enjoys reading, baking and finding fun places around the city to take her 2 children.
Kelly Considine, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP
Kelly Considine graduated with a BS in Biology from the University of Iowa and PharmD from University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. Kelly maintains board certification in both pharmacotherapy and critical care. Kelly works primarily in the MICU and as one of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Coordinators. She is a member of ACCP as well as the Critical Care Committee and ASP Committee at HCMC. Her areas of interest include anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation in ECMO, and formulary management.
Holly Drone, PharmD, BCCCP, BCEMP
Holly Drone is an emergency medicine and EMS pharmacist. Originally from Apple Valley, Minnesota, she earned her B.S. in Chemistry from University of Notre Dame in 2008 and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2013. She completed both her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency (2014) and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency (2015) at Hennepin County Medical Center. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, trauma resuscitation, and prehospital medicine, with a growing focus on addiction medicine and innovative care models in the acute setting. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dogs, exploring Minnesota’s outdoors, and trying new restaurants.
Jessica Falksen, PharmD, BCCCP
Jessica earned her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2019 from the University of California - San Francisco, School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 Acute Care Pharmacy Residency and PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of California - Davis. She worked as an adult critical care float pharmacist at UC Davis from 2021-2025. In 2025, she joined Hennepin Healthcare as a critical care float pharmacist. Her current interests include trauma, pain and sedation, and anticoagulation.
Tim Fromm, PharmD, BCCCP
Tim graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2002. He then completed a critical care residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Tim practiced at the University of Minnesota, Fairview hospital in surgical and medical critical care from 2004-2012. He then returned to HCMC in 2012 where his primary focus has been in the medical intensive care unit. Outside of pharmacy, Tim enjoys fitness activities, drumming and spending time with family.
Jon Jancik, PharmD, BCCCP
Jon Jancik is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy (BS 1989, Pharm.D 1992). He is board certified in critical care and practices in the Surgical/Neuroscience ICU. Jon’s areas of interest include the pharmacotherapeutic management of brain injury and surgical infectious diseases. He is the residency director of the PGY-2 Critical Care Residency Program. Jon is a member of the Health Systems Practice Standards, Stroke, Critical Care and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees.
Jessica Jantzer, PharmD, BCPS
Jessica Jantzer graduated in 2008 from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She completed a critical care residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2009, and started working with the HCMC pediatric teams that year. She currently splits her time between the pediatrics floor, pediatric intensive care unit (including pediatric burn patients), and the neonatal intensive care unit. To encourage pediatric medication safety and visibility at HCMC, Jessica is a member of the PICU/Peds Medication Safety QI Team as well as the NICU Medication Safety QI Team. She belongs to the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP). Jessica enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband and children.

He is a graduate of St. John’s University and completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at NYU-Winthrop Hospital and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. Tim has strong interests in neurocritical care, infectious disease, and serving as a preceptor for the residency program. Outside of his professional interests, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, watching the New York Yankees and Giants, and spending time with his friends and family.
Amber LeBrun, PharmD, BCPS, BCEMP
Amber is originally from Monticello, MN. She graduated from South Dakota State University in 2016. She completed a PGY1 Residency at Nebraska Medicine in 2017, and PGY2 Emergency Medicine Residency at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2018. Her first job out of residency was at Tampa General Hospital as an overnight EM Pharmacist. She then moved back to Minnesota and worked as an EM Pharmacist at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital and helped establish pharmacist services in the ED. In 2022, she then joined the EM Pharmacist team at Hennepin Healthcare when coverage expanded to 24/7. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, traveling, exploring outdoor activities in MN, and trying out new coffee shops and restaurants in the Twin Cities.
Sarah M. Linder-Stenzel, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP
Sarah Linder-Stenzel is a 2006 graduate of the University Of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and completed a residency in critical care at Hennepin County Medical Center. She is the residency director of the PGY-2 Critical Care Residency Program. Sarah practices in the medical ICU and surgical ICU. She is a member of the pharmacy's Residency Planning Committee, the Anticoagulation Committee, and the Residency Advisory Council. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, cheering alongside her husband at their two sons' sporting events (volleyball, soccer, fencing, cross country, track, and baseball), and keeping up her marathon streak.
Jenna Murphy, PharmD, BCCCP
Jenna is originally from Bloomington, MN. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2020. She completed her PGY-1 Residency at HCMC in 2021 followed by a PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at HCMC in 2022. Her primary professional interests include emergency medicine, acute trauma management, and neurocritical care. Outside of the hospital, Jenna can be found working out at Orange Theory, traveling, reading a library book, or hanging out with her husband and dog.
Nichole Neumann, PharmD
Nichole Neumann graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2002. Over her 24 years at Hennepin Healthcare, Nichole has provided clinical services for general medicine, surgery, burn care, cardiology, and orthopedics. She currently practices primarily in the Burn Unit and with the orthopedics service and serves as a PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency preceptor in burn care. Outside of work, Nichole is an avid soccer fan and enjoys attending Minnesota United matches, tending to her perennial garden, and spending time with her husband and their two sons.
Kaitlyn Robinson, PharmD, BCCCP
Kaitlyn is originally from Shelbyville, Illinois. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in 2015, then completed her PGY- 1 Pharmacy Residency at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana and her PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Hennepin Healthcare in 2017. She currently covers all of the critical care areas (MICU, SICU, Burn, PICU, and NICU) in the evening and has professional interests include anticoagulation reversal, neurocritical care and medication safety. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys traveling, golf and trying new restaurants and breweries.

Alex is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Concordia University Wisconsin, School of Pharmacy in 2015. Becca Lange graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2013. She completed a PGY-1 residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in 2014. She started as a Specialist in Poison Information at the Poison Center following residency. Becca obtained her certification as a Specialist in Poison Information in 2016 and also Board Certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist the same year. She is a member of AAPCC. Her professional interests include emergency preparedness and surveillance, drugs of abuse, medication safety, and poison prevention. Carrie graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL in 2016. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at North Memorial Hospital in Minneapolis and began working at the poison center following residency. She is currently the clinical supervisor and a clinical toxicologist at the Minnesota Regional Poison Center. Carrie serves as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Her clinical and professional interests include toxicokinetics and antidotal therapy, toxicology education and outreach, and poison center program development. Outside of poison center work, she enjoys staying active, time with family and friends, and trying new restaurants—believing strongly that cardio and carbs can coexist.

Heather Anderson, BS, PharmD
Heather is a graduate of North Dakota State University who has worked at Hennepin Healthcare in a management position since 2002. She now works as the Pharmacy Revenue and Operations Manager overseeing community pharmacy operations, reimbursement and the pharmacy revenue team. She is also certified in Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory. Outside of HHC, She is a member of the MN Disaster Medical Assistance team. Heather also enjoys traveling, spending time with her 6 kids and being a grandma to 2 beautiful little girls.
Gwen Betterman, PharmD, BCPS
Gwen Betterman is a 1996 graduate from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Gwen has experience providing Clinical Pharmacy services for the following areas: Ambulatory Care, Ambulatory Anticoagulation Service, General Medicine, Oncology, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry. Gwen’s current role is as the Clinical Informatics Pharmacist and carries 2 EPIC certifications, Willow Inpatients and Willow Inpatient Clarity, as well as an EPIC Medication Warning Badge. She is a member of MN HIMMS, ACCP, HIMMS, and ASHP as well as the Health Systems Practice Standards, P&T, ASP, Medication Safety, Informatics, EHR Order Set, EHR Alerts Committee, as well as many other Health System EHR and quality related workgroups. Outside of the hospital she is actively involved in her youngest child’s athletic sports of primarily soccer and basketball. She has 2 older children in college, one at the University of MN and one at Drake University. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, puppy, and running.

Gina graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2011. She then completed a PGY-1/2 residency at HCMC in Health-System Administration with a Masters in Social & Administrative Pharmacy. Gina currently works as a clinical pharmacy supervisor—splitting her time with staffing on the Surgery Trauma & Neuro Unit (STN) and administrative responsibilities. Kelly Considine graduated with a BS in Biology from the University of Iowa and PharmD from University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. Kelly maintains board certification in both pharmacotherapy and critical care. Kelly works primarily in the MICU and as one of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Coordinators. She is a member of ACCP as well as the Critical Care Committee and ASP Committee at HCMC. Her areas of interest include anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation in ECMO, and formulary management.

Emily graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2016. She then completed a PGY1 residency at North Memorial Medical Center. Emily now splits her time between staffing as a clinical pharmacist and being a coordinator for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Matt Hammer, PharmD
Matt graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2011. Right out of pharmacy school, he gained community pharmacist experience working for both Pro Pharmacy and Target Pharmacy in St Paul. Joining Hennepin Healthcare in 2012, he has spent time employed in the Infectious Disease Pharmacy, Addiction Medicine Clinic, Employee and Transplant Specialty Pharmacies; and for the past 4 years, Matt has managed the 6 Offsite Clinic Pharmacies. He has been focused on IT and operations functions of community pharmacy, including working frequently with the Willow Epic Team on novel initiatives. Outside of work, Matt likes to spend time doing creative activities with his family and performing and enjoying music.

Jon Jancik is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy (BS 1989, Pharm.D 1992). He is board certified in critical care and practices in the Surgical/Neuroscience ICU. Lisa is originally from Two Harbors, MN. She graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth College of Pharmacy in 2010 and then completed a PGY-1 residency at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA followed by a PGY-2 residency in Critical Care at HCMC. Lisa is currently serving as a clinical pharmacy supervisor, overseeing a team of ICU pharmacists as well as partnering with the medication safety manager on medication safety initiatives. Prior to transitioning to a leadership role, Lisa worked as a clinical pharmacist in critical care and emergency medicine for over a decade. Professional interests include emergency medicine, critical care, precepting, professional development, health-system standardization, medication safety, order-set development, process improvement. Laurie Willhite received her BS and PharmD degrees from University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. She completed a Geriatrics Pharmacotherapy Fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Laurie is the Medication Safety Manager for HHS. She completed a Geriatric Pharmacotherapy Fellowship at the University of Minnesota and HCMC. Laurie is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and a Certified Specialist in Poison Information. Her professional passions include medication safety, quality improvement, opioid stewardship and mentoring young people. Outside of work, she enjoys watching Hawkeye sports with her family, foraging for wild mushrooms, yurt camping and reading nonfiction.
Reginald Williams PharmD, MPH
Reggie graduated from the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy in 2015. While attending Pharmacy school he also obtain a Master’s in Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health with a focus in administration and policy development. Prior to completing his pharmacy training he completed a 2 year fellowship at the National Institutes of Health where assisted in the development of a database designed to improve diagnostic accuracy of various cancers. Reggie currently serves as the inpatient pharmacy supervisor and pharmacist in charge of the CSC infusion pharmacy. In addition to his administrative role he also staffs both inpatient and TPN/chemotherapy IV shifts. He serves as member of the Medication Safety committee, Drug shortage committee, and NICU/PEDS medication quality committee. Outside of Hennepin Healthcare, Reggie enjoys traveling with his family, hiking trips at National Parks, and runs with his German shepherd.
