- Age Requirement: Users seeking overseas employment or vocational programs must be at least 18 years old or meet legal working age regulations.

- Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding your identity, qualifications, work history, and certifications.

- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (via OAuth, Google, or Facebook) and all activities occurring under your account.

2. Services Provided (Dịch vụ kết nối việc làm)

- Platform Role: HelloJob operates as a technology platform connecting job seekers (workers/candidates) with verified employers, recruiting agencies, and dispatching organizations.

- Features: The platform provides multimedia Video CVs, job searching/filtering, interview scheduling, and application status tracking.

- Zero Fee for Candidates: HelloJob does not charge candidate users any broker fees or middleman charges for searching or applying for jobs through the app.

3. Employer & Agency Obligations (Nghĩa vụ Nhà tuyển dụng & Doanh nghiệp)

- Legal Compliance: Businesses posting job orders and international recruitment listings must possess valid operating licenses issued by relevant labor authorities.

- Transparent Job Postings: All listings must disclose accurate details regarding workplace location, net salary, working hours, benefits, and insurance.

- Confidentiality: Employers must keep applicant data confidential and only use it for legitimate recruitment purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct (Các hành vi bị nghiêm cấm)

Users must not:

- Impersonate any individual, organization, government agency, or labor department.

- Post fraudulent job offers, unapproved visa programs, illegal high-yield schemes, or loan sharks.

- Upload harmful, violent, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.

- Harass, scam, or solicit upfront unauthorized deposit fees from applicants.

5. Limitation of Liability (Giới hạn trách nhiệm)

- HelloJob provides an information and connection platform. The actual labor dispatch contracts and employment agreements are executed directly between the worker and the licensed dispatching company.

- HelloJob is not liable for transactions, agreements, or disputes occurring outside our verified system.

- We are not liable for delays caused by immigration policy changes, visa rejections, or force majeure events.

6. Termination and Amendments (Sửa đổi & Chấm dứt dịch vụ)

- HelloJob reserves the right to modify these Terms to comply with legal regulations and service improvements. Significant updates will be communicated via in-app notifications.

- You have the right to terminate your agreement and delete your account at any time if you do not agree with updated terms.
