At HelloJob, we respect your right to control your personal data. Users can request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated information at any time.

1. How to Submit a Deletion Request (Cách gửi yêu cầu xóa)

To request the deletion of your account and personal data, please send an email to our support team:

- Support Email: support@hellojob.vn

- Subject line: "Delete My HelloJob Account"

- Details required: Please provide the email address or Google / Facebook account associated with your HelloJob profile so we can identify your account.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted (Các dữ liệu sẽ bị xóa)

Once verified, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

- User profile information (Name, email, avatar, phone number).

- Job applications, resume data, and recruitment posts.

- Chat messages and activity logs.

3. Retention & Processing Time (Thời gian xử lý)

- Your deletion request will be processed within 7 to 30 business days.

- Data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or financial accounting will be retained only as long as required by applicable laws.
