These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hello Dear Live mobile application and related services.

By using Hello Dear Live, creating an account, joining live rooms, chatting, purchasing digital items, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Hello Dear Live is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 should not create an account, purchase digital goods, use wallet/recharge features, join or host live sessions, or use the app.
Account
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for all activity that occurs through their account. Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
Use of Services
Hello Dear Live provides social live streaming, chat, profile, follow, virtual gift, wallet, diamond recharge, and host/creator features. We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features for safety, legal, technical, or business reasons.
User Content
Users are responsible for content they upload, post, stream, send, or display in the app, including profile information, photos, messages, comments, live audio/video, and other content.
Users must not post illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful, violent, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or unsafe content.
Live, Chat, and Safety Rules
Users must behave respectfully. Harassment, bullying, threats, nudity, sexual content, hate speech, scams, fake identity, illegal activity, or harmful behavior is not allowed.
Hello Dear Live may review reports, moderate content, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action where required for safety, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
Report and Block
Users can report unsafe or inappropriate behavior and can block other users through app features. Reports may be reviewed for moderation and safety purposes.
Diamonds, Virtual Gifts, and Digital Items
Diamonds, virtual gifts, effects, badges, and other in-app digital items are virtual items for use only inside Hello Dear Live.
They do not represent money, legal currency, property, bank balance, or cash value. They cannot be transferred outside the app or redeemed for cash unless specifically required by applicable law or written policy.
Purchases and Pricing
Users may purchase diamond recharge packs inside the app. Pricing is shown in INR before purchase.
Current diamond recharge pricing:
80 Diamonds - INR 99
150 Diamonds - INR 185
380 Diamonds - INR 449
900 Diamonds - INR 999
3000 Diamonds - INR 2999
Payments may be processed by Cashfree Payments or other approved payment providers.
Refunds and Cancellations
Digital purchases are delivered inside the app. Once diamonds are successfully credited to the user's account, the purchase is considered delivered and generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For failed payments, duplicate payments, or cases where money is deducted but diamonds are not credited, users should contact support. Verified issues may be resolved by wallet credit or refund where applicable.

Privacy
Use of Hello Dear Live is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how user information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.
Intellectual Property
Hello Dear Live, including its app name, design, features, software, content structure, logos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Quality Stone Craft India.
Users must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, misuse, or exploit any part of the app or services without written permission.
Service Availability
We try to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party services, or other reasons.
Payments and Third-Party Services
Some services may depend on third-party providers such as Cashfree Payments, Firebase, Google Play Services, hosting, notification, analytics, or other technology providers. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers, but we may assist users where possible.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts or access to features if users violate these Terms, safety rules, payment rules, legal requirements, or app policies.
Users may also stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support.
Child Safety
Hello Dear Live does not allow child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content or behavior that harms or exploits children.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Stone Craft India and Hello Dear Live shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, digital purchases, user content, live sessions, third-party services, or inability to use the service.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own conduct, content, account security, payment decisions, and compliance with applicable laws while using Hello Dear Live.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
