Hello Dear Live does not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content or behavior that harms or exploits children.
Hello Dear Live is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 should not create an account, purchase digital goods, use wallet/recharge features, join or host live sessions, or use the app.
Our Safety Standards
1. We prohibit any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
2. We prohibit grooming, predatory behavior, sexual conversations with minors, or attempts to exploit minors.
3. We prohibit sharing, requesting, creating, uploading, streaming, or promoting CSAM.
4. We prohibit content that sexualizes minors or encourages harm, abuse, exploitation, or unsafe behavior involving minors.
5. Users can report unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior inside the app.
6. Users can block other users inside the app.
7. Reports may be reviewed and action may be taken, including content removal, account restriction, account suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities where required.
8. We may cooperate with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements related to child protection.
