Teaching Philosophy
I believe every child is unique and deserves a stimulating, inclusive environment that supports their growth in all areas—physical, mental, emotional, and social. My approach is student-centered, focusing on fostering a growth mindset, resilience, and self-paced learning. I emphasize hands-on activities, critical thinking, and the importance of a safe, judgment-free space for students to express their ideas. I use portfolios and formative assessments to track progress and address misconceptions, ensuring targeted support. As a global-minded educator, I integrate diverse perspectives, including language and culture, into my lessons. Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and continuous professional development are key to refining my teaching practices and supporting student success. Ultimately, my philosophy centers on nurturing lifelong learning, fostering creativity, and embracing change.
