flute / sax / bass clarinet / composer

During the summer, Leszek ‘Hefi’ Wiśniowski has created the Sound of MOCAK Summer 2019 sound installation in MOCAK outdoor space. The artist, improvising on the bass clarinet, using mainly the low register of instruments and multiphones – by extracting two or more sounds from wind instruments at the same time – has provided a complementation for the Museum's audial landscape. The work is intended to be a backdrop embedded in the aesthetics of contemporary music that resonates with the architecture, as well as MOCAK visitors and the natural sounds of the surroundings. The project takes place between 5 July and 23 September 2019 (no specific days or hours are set).
