#StaySafe - by the HEC Paris Community

Social distancing measures are the only measures that have proven their efficacy in containing the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

But how can we cope with stress, anxiety, boredom and frustration that could result from containment?

We have gathered on this website tools and resources to better overcome our negative emotions.

You will find scientific information to consult from time to time (avoid being overwhelmed by a flow of stressful information and by fake news): tips, tools to learn how to meditate, etc.

Let us be united, patient, and not underestimate our capacity for resilience!
