Booking Conditions

I recommend that you arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please acknowledge that late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their treatment times.

Medical Conditions

Your chosen treatment can be customized according to your medical condition.
All medical conditions must be stated at the time of your booking.
A doctor's note shall be required for certain medical conditions.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. The validity of a gift voucher is 6 months from the issue date.

Salon Etiquette

All guests are required to complete a health form before their scheduled treatment.
The therapist reserves the right to stop the treatment at any sort of time if she feels that the guest's behavior is unacceptable.
