Background that led up to the HCN Reinforce site

Greetings.

Fortunately, the web has increased with an abundance of tools it provides.

Unfortunately, through means of the same mechanism, there is a chance that the site MyHCNews.com, or whatever .com any other websites that have or will be set on the web, could every now and then become unpublished, with a slight chance that the knowledge and information placed on its pages would not be recovered.

Therefore, despite the reluctancy to 'lean on Google', a supplemental resource strategy of some kind had to be developed so that minimally, story content can be preserved.

The date of the start of the website, December 27, 2018, happens to be a date within a government shutdown (here in the USA), and MyHCNews at the dot com location (formerly HeadlineCrestNews at dot com before the URL change) was not viewable. There have been other instances and incidents, where suddenly an important story could not be uploaded to the site, for whatever the technical blase vagary of the moment was. Any information that we can provide to help, we want to ensure it is made and maintained as available. A situation where our information is not available, 'coincidentally' coinciding with a situation like a shutdown, major natural disaster or catastrophe, or given today's climate, a major event affecting human health, is not one we find tolerable have.

Considering we set up our own dot com site, and pay for that service, so that we are not 'leaning on Google', the way this site works is, we will try our best to provide links to content that are not necessarily constructed as Google Sites webpage. We might however, provide introductory notes, or a clue of some sort, what the story is about. We will strive to prevent writing out on a Google site, gory details of a catastrophe, our views, analysis, or any material that Google might feel their space is being used and sits awkward with them. The amount of negative content throughout the web, the amount of violence, and filth on websites easily accessed today, what we do here at HCN will not sit too badly in the end anyhow; we might as well have site, when looking after us is in mind.

Briefly, what this is called is the Headline Crest News Reinforce program, or HCN Reinforce, condensed. Our websites are named Headline Crest News. We have the dot com website with the name having no spaces, then dot com, and we have a Google Plus site, for quick uploading of important stories, and augment getting our stories out, as doable.

We are not going to attempt to 'pre-grid' every 260, 270 or so countries of the world, have a listing of about 100 languages, and so forth, like what is on the main site MyHCNews.com; instead, stories that have been written will have a link or links to them, and simply either 'tagged', or placed in applicable webpages in this site.

The easy to use concept is, if the link to the original webpage it was written on does not yield in anything, please try the alternate link.

Google Plus postings will be linked in some method on a case by case basis, mainly those that have HCN written content alongside the link to the sourced story.

As of today December 27th, '18, this is the early going. Improved graphics, and user ease of use, is planned to be improved as we move along.
