Leading a research group for developing medical imaging and fast magnetic resonance imaging techniques.

Scientist with unique combination of 1) medical imaging expertise particularly in MRI, 2) solid experience in healthcare industry, 3) broad knowledge of human medical imaging, and 4) capability of effectively translating medical imaging method to other applications (e.g., MR-guided robotic system).

1) Fast MRI; 2) Reconstruction and artifact reduction of medical image; 3) MR-compatible motion tracking coil; 4) MR-guided robotic system and treatment; 5) Multi-modality medical imaging; 6) AI in medical imaging.

~HKD$7M granted in capacity as PI from 2016 to 2025, including 6 GRF,  1 ECS and 1 ITF (Tier 3) projects funding by RGC and ITC of HK.
