Rev. John Adams
Rev. John Adams is a motivated leader with extensive experience in ministries to the disenfranchised. Passionate instructor and coach in evangelism and discipleship. An encourager and motivator with a sense of humor. John has taught at Spring Arbor, Wheaton, Asbury, and other universities. John has served as executive Director of Olive Branch Missions where he Led executive team and staff of 25 in crisis intervention, establishing a continuum of care for homeless and ex-offender men and women and homeless children. He also was interim CEO of Olive Branch in 2017.
Rev. David Condry
David has been serving the FM Church for 12 years, as a pastor/elder in Chillicothe, Mo and currently at Revolution Church in Vinton, Iowa. In the NCC, he has served on the Heartland Camp Board, Nominating Committee, Regional MEG Board and Church Planting Team for the Heartland District.
David is the Project Coordinator for the Above The Influence (ATI) Coalition and Prevention Specialist with the Area Substance Abuse Council. ATI is a grant funded substance abuse prevention Coalition that serves Benton County, Iowa.

Al and Diane Mellinger
The Mellingers serve as regional leaders in the Balkans. They oversee the work of Team Balkans which includes the Light and Life FMC in Bulgaria (Legal Church), The Anagenesis Foundation (NGO) International Fellowship of St John (NGO), and New Start LLC (a company of creative livelihood groups and micro-enterprise businesses). Team Balkans consists of three additional missionary families and many nationals. The Team is developing a holistic approach to ministry that includes the spiritual, educational, economic and social programs that work together to serve people. Currently, the work is in Bulgaria and Macedonia with contacts in Serbia, Romania and Albania.
In addition to the church plant in the southern Bulgarian city of Petrich, seven church planting projects have been started, primarily in Roma communities, including one in Skopje, Macedonia. Regular training events are held for pastors and church leaders, and a youth training conference is held each summer. A microenterprise loan fund, as well as a non-profit business New Start LLC, has been established to help provide employment possibilities. VISA missionaries Chance and Dee Dee Galloway are involved with establishing the St. John’s Home, a safe house for at-risk girls, as a part of the Set Free Movement.
