I am a postdoctoral researcher of Biometry and Bioinformatics in the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Biology, Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Tokyo. My research focuses on quantitative genetics and multi-omics analysis, with applications in plant breeding. I have recently received my Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo, where I worked on a high-dimensional omics integration method in the context of plant–microbe interaction. I also spent half of my doctoral studies at AgroParisTech in France as part of a joint exchange program, where I worked on dimensionality reduction methods.
Topic: Quantitative Genetics / Multi-omics analysis
Method: Mixed Model / Machine Learning / High-dimensional multivariate model
