Welcome to the official Highways Agency Recruitment Training Officer's handbook!
We hope that this handbook will help you learn everything you need to know to become a great RTO for HATO!
The RTO Team are based out of the Sofia RCC
The Head Of Recruitment & Training Officer is held by the allocated Team Manager and is solely in charge of the department. The vast majority of his work occurs behind the scenes.
He is responsible for keeping the department running and maintaining its infrastructure whilst conducting changes made within the department including the various forms and sheets and reviewing the applications.
All final decisions with matters related with recruitment and managing are made by him to ensure the vital running of the department and it’s progression forward within the Highways Agency.
(This role is to be filled by a Team Manager.)
Highways Agency RTO is not a rank within the Highways Agency Faction, it is a role, this means that we are here to make sure that people who join our Faction know what they are supposed to do. Once you have been given the Highways Agency RTO tag on TS you will have the power to move people, this is only to be used for training purposes, if you are caught abusing this tag you will be removed from Highways Agency immediately and possibly banned from the server.
Highways Agency RTO’s are specially trained to a standard that is acceptable enough for them to then go on and train other Highways Agency members. Highways Agency RTO’s are expected to be mature and have the knowledge to deal with any situation that they face while on duty. Highways Agency RTO’s are the face of the Highways Agency, they are the first people that new members will speak to and be trained by and an essential link between management and faction members. You will also be expected to keep track of player activity and note it down on the Interpol.
(This will be open to 5 applicants at the H/RTO's discretion.)
Phase 1 Training is for when people’s applications have been accepted they will then go to the Highways Agency - Waiting Room. At this point a Highways Agency RTO member will then drag them into either a training room. From this point on you will start doing the basic interview. Once done you will tell the trainee if he has passed/failed his/her ISU interview. And let the management know as well for tags and whitelisting.
Phase 2 Training is for the members of Highways Agency who have both the ISU and J/O tags on TS. This training the Highways Agency RTO member will drag them into either a training room or the interview room. From here on you will be doing a J/O Test (Otherwise Knows as Phase 2 Test ) Once done you will tell the trainee if he has passed/failed his/her J/O interview/Training. And let the management know as well for tags and whitelisting.
