You should receive your tags and whitelisting as soon as possible, if you have not been given them within 12 hours please use Discord to Contact a T/M+ to receive them.
You are required to be in one of the HATO/NHS channels if you are on duty as HATO.
Promotions are based on:
Your hours/activity.
Feedbacks you have been given/received.
Your overall contribution to the faction.
If you are planning on not playing for over 1 week, you are required to fill out an LOA form.
We use Discord as a key way to communicate between each other.
It is required that you join the Discord, so that if we need to communicate with you we can.
As well as applications, you can also see everything that you see in Discord in the HATO Forums Section.
As soon as you are whitelisted you gain access to this section.
When joining the server you need to select the Independant (Green) slot, and you can do so by pressing it, and then scrolling down to the Highways Agency (HATO) slots. You can chose from 1-8 slots. If all slots are full you will need to wait for someone to log off so you can take their slot.
Once loaded in you should make your way into the HATO RCC (Office Building) and make your way to the Vendor which is on the furthest away wall. Once there you can select all the gear you are required to have.
After you have geared up you will need to select the vehicle you will be taking on your journey. Remember once you log off to store your vehicle so nobody tries to steal it.
When someone requires your assistance they will send a direct Dispatch to every HATO member online. It could be anything from needing a toolkit, to an unflip of a vehicle etc. To read the dispatch simply press Y and click messages and you can see all sent HATO dispatches.
We would like for you to try respond to every dispatch if possible. If you are unable to respond please reply with the "Unable To Respond - High Volume Of Calls" response.
To respond to the dispatcher you can do so by pressing reply, typing your response and pressing send. All the responses you can send to messages can be found here.
To see where the dispatcher is simply press the GPS button at the top right of the message.

Loading vehicles is a function we use as HATO to transports vehicle around Altis. Loading a vehicle onto a vehicle requires you to have the keys to both the HEMTT Flatbed and the vehicle you wish to load onto it.
To load the vehicle you wish to put on the Flatbed simply drive behind the Flatbed and on the scroll wheel menu an option will appear as shown in the image saying load vehicle. You then press space and the vehicle will be on the Flatbed. To unload it you can do it from the drivers seat of the Flatbed or in the vehicle you have loaded on (the same way you put it on you get it off)
