This is the initial rank given to new recruits upon passing their interview. You will be learning on the job and assisting other members of the Highways Agency on their patrols. You are expected to have read through the Handbook and familiarized yourself with our rules. You should be eager to learn the procedures and help with events such as Partial and Full Road Closures ready for when you become a Traffic Officer.
This is the second rank of the Highways Agency. You have proved yourself trustworthy to go out and represent our faction. Without you the vehicles on Altis could cease to exist. You keep the traffic flowing and the cars moving. As a Junior Traffic Officer you gain access to more vehicles and place able equipment. You are being entrusted to use this equipment responsibly.
You are expected to have built up a fair amount of experience in terms of Role Play scenarios. You must show more creative role play and help new recruits with their duties.

This is the fourth rank of the Highways Agency. As a senior member it is your job to authorize high priority events such as checkpoints and use the public messaging system to announce incidents or weather warnings. You are expected to know the rules and set good examples to other members. In many situations you will be the highest ranking official and it is your job to take charge and manage other officers during this time. As a senior member you also gain access to extra vehicles and heavy duty equipment.
Team Manager is the fifth rank in the Highways Agency. This rank is only given to those who know the ins and outs of the faction and have advanced knowledge in their respective fields. You are expected to micromanage other ranks and assist the Operations Manager in his work. You will be undertaking administrative work such as handling promotions, disciplinary action and Interpol. You will be expected to show reasonable leadership skills as this role requires you to manage many members. Only a few hold this rank and they wear it with pride and achievement.
Only one Operations Manager is appointed to the Highways Agency. This rank oversees all administrative aspects of the faction and is responsible for welfare, equipment, logistics and manpower. You will be expected to keep the faction running smoothly and oversee the Team Managers work. You must make every attempt to ensure the welfare of all members and keep the faction up to date. You will need to be able to listen to suggestions and criticism and act on them accordingly.
