This Privacy Policy applies to apps published by Muhammad Wajih Ul Hassan, operating under the name Hastech, including "Number Merge: Grow & Survive" and other applications developed by Hastech (collectively, "the Apps").
By downloading or using any of the Apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Apps.
The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13. The Apps are not part of Google Play's Designed for Families program and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below.
We do not require account creation, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information through normal use of the Apps.
The Apps do collect the following, primarily through third-party advertising and analytics services integrated into the Apps (described below):
Device and usage information: device model, operating system version, device identifiers (such as advertising ID), language settings, and general usage/interaction data (e.g., which screens or features are used, session length, crash and performance diagnostics).
Advertising identifiers: used to serve and measure ads, and — where you have given consent — to personalize ads based on your interests.
Approximate location: derived from IP address, used for regional ad serving and compliance with regional privacy regulations (e.g., to determine whether GDPR or similar rules apply to you).
Purchase information: if the Apps offer in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Google Play Billing (or Apple's App Store, where applicable). We do not receive or store your payment card details — purchase confirmation and entitlement data (e.g., that you purchased "Remove Ads") is handled through the platform's billing system.
Information you provide voluntarily: if you contact us directly (e.g., by email for support), we collect whatever information you choose to include in that message, used only to respond to you.
We do not sell your personal information.
The Apps use the following third-party services to show ads, process purchases, and manage privacy consent. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:
Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy
Unity Ads, integrated as a bidding partner through Google AdMob mediation — Unity Privacy Policy
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — used to present a consent form where required by law (e.g., GDPR in the EEA/UK, applicable US state laws), and to pass your consent choices to our advertising partners.
Google Play Billing (and Apple's In-App Purchase system, where applicable) — used to process in-app purchases.
These services may independently collect and process data (such as advertising identifiers and device information) under their own privacy policies, consistent with the consent choices you make through the in-app consent form.
We use the information described above to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the Apps.
Serve advertisements, and personalize ads where you have provided consent.
Process in-app purchases and verify purchase entitlements (such as Remove Ads).
Diagnose technical issues and crashes.
Comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations (e.g., presenting the correct consent experience based on your region).
Ad personalization: where required by your region (e.g., EEA, UK, certain US states), the Apps present a consent form on first launch via Google's User Messaging Platform, letting you choose whether to allow personalized advertising. You can change this choice at any time from the Apps' in-app privacy/settings option.
Device-level controls: you can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier through your device's system settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
Data deletion requests: if you would like us to delete any personal information you've voluntarily provided to us (e.g., via a support email), contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure; however, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Information collected by the Apps and our third-party service providers may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
As stated above, the Apps are general-audience apps and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or equivalent regional laws. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes that reduce your rights under this policy, we will provide notice (for example, by updating the "Last updated" date above, or through an in-app notice). Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
