Terms of Service for Harvesters (Developed by mar01)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Harvesters, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your device. We advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting," which may cause the game to malfunction or compromise your data. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for more than one year.

3. Virtual Goods and Currency (Gems)

• License Only: "Gems," "Wood," "Food," and "Gold" are virtual items. You do not "own" them; you hold a limited, revocable license to use them within the Application.

• No Real Value: Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for "real" money.

• No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the App Store/Google Play.

4. Gameplay Mechanics & Resource Loss

Harvesters is a competitive strategy game. By playing, you acknowledge that:

• Your virtual resources can be lost through combat (raids/looting).

• The game uses a "Collateral Damage" mechanic where a percentage of loot is destroyed during battle and is not recovered by anyone.

• Server maintenance or technical glitches may occur; we are not liable for lost "Shield" time or failed "Marches" during these periods.

5. User Conduct & Reporting

We promote a safe environment. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, hate speech, or profanity in Chat or Private Messages.

• Cheating, modding, or using "bots" to automate gameplay.

• Attempting to extract the source code or reverse engineer the Application.

• We use an automated reporting system. After a threshold of 25 reports, your account may be automatically blocked or banned.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account (account.banned == true) at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms, without refund of virtual goods.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of data resulting from your use of the Application. Always be aware of your surroundings during mobile gameplay.
