If you wish to delete your Harvesters game account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below.
Please send an email to harvestersstrategygame@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your game account.
Your in-game Display Name.
Your approximate Gems count (to verify ownership).
Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete the following data from our servers:
Account Credentials: Your email address and unique player ID.
Game Progress: Your level, trophies, buildings, units, and inventory.
Social Data: Your in-game chat message history and friends list.
Device Identifiers: Any Device IDs or Push Notification tokens linked to your account.
Deleted Data: All data listed above is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
Kept Data: We are required by law to retain records of financial transactions (In-App Purchases) for a period of 5 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. This data is stored securely and is not used for any other purpose.
If you wish to request the deletion of specific data (such as your in-game chat history) while keeping your game account active, pleaseĀ Use the subject "Data Deletion Request". Follow the same email process above, and specify which data you would like removed.
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
