Privacy Policy for Harvesters (Developed by mar01)

This Privacy Policy applies to the Harvesters mobile application (the "Application") created by mar01 ("Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Application, we collect and process certain personally identifiable information.

Account Information: We collect your Email Address for account recovery, verification codes, and identity synchronization. We collect a Username which is displayed to other players.

• Device Identifiers: We automatically collect your Unique Device ID (IMEI/UDID) to authenticate your account and prevent unauthorized access.

• Log Data: When you use the Application, we collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, and timestamps of your activity. This is used for DDoS protection and to prevent account "spamming."

• In-Game Activity: We track your progress, including Level, Trophies, Building/Unit data, and Inventory.

• Virtual Location: We store your Virtual Map Coordinates (X, Y) within the game world. This is purely for gameplay and is not linked to your real-world GPS location.

• Communications: To facilitate gameplay and community safety, we store Global Chat, Clan Chat, and Private Messages. These are stored to investigate complaints and may be deleted after a period of time if no violations are found.

• Purchases: We store Purchase Tokens and Transaction IDs provided by Google/Apple to validate in-app purchases and resolve claims. We do not store or process your credit card information.

2. Third-Party Access & Sharing

The Application utilizes third-party SDKs to improve functionality and security. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services: For IAP and Android functionality.

• Google Analytics for Firebase: For gameplay analysis.

• Firebase Crashlytics: For technical error reporting.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For push notifications.

• Unity: For engine and runtime services.

• Discord (Webhooks): Server-side logs (which may contain usernames/IPs) are transmitted to our private monitoring channels for technical support and security auditing.

3. Mandatory Account Deletion

In compliance with Google and Apple policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To delete your account, please use the "Delete Account" feature in the in-game Settings or contact us at harvestersstrategygame@gmail.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal data (such as an email), we will delete it immediately.

5. Security

We provide electronic and procedural safeguards (including database encryption and token-based networking) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
