Accommodation
Although we do not usually arrange accommodation for weekend visits, as I know Lincoln very well because of family living there, I have made enquiries of The Lincoln Hotel. This is ideally situated for us being opposite the East End of the Cathedral. As you will know the Cathedral is uphill Lincon and the budget hotels are all downhill Lincoln so quite a trek up and down the hill!
I have made enquiries and The Lincoln Hotel does offer a group rate providing we require a minimum of 10 rooms. The cost for a double room on a Bed and Breakfast rate is £98 per night for double occupancy and £79 per night for single occupancy. Payment terms are 10% deposit on booking with final payment 4 weeks prior.
I am happy to co-ordinate this but in the first instance I need to know whether we will meet the 10 room minimum. I would be grateful therefore if you would send me a brief e-mail at accom@harsnettchoir.org.uk to advise whether or not you are interested and if you are for how many nights.

General information
All music will be provided on the day. You will be expected to have learnt music made available in advance of the visit. No time in the rehearsal will be given to note-bashing this music. We will spend more time looking at music introduced on the day. We regret that copyright does not allow us to make all music available beforehand.
Cassocks and surplices will be provided on the day (if you are new, please send your approx height and build to Elizabeth at secretary@harsnettchoir.org).
Please wear quiet black shoes and black socks/tights as these might show under your cassock.
We do limit the number of people we can take to fit the stalls and maintain balance between the parts. Places are assigned on a first come first served basis. You will be informed if you have a space as soon as we know final numbers.. Please do not arrange non-refundable travel or accommodation until after this time. If you are unsure or need to know immediately, please contact Ed at md@harsnettchoir.org
We may be able to arrange group accommodation for this visit. Please see above.
Online resources
Where available, online versions of sheet music are linked from the 'music' section above.
Once the music list has been agreed with the cathedral, Ed will create a Spotify playlist and provide video recordings below. Please bear in mind that the sheet music and recordings linked from here may differ subtly to our own version on the day.
If you have any questions, please contact Ed.
