I am Harshini S R, I hail from a small rural town Namakkal in Tamil Nadu. I hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Trichy class of 2022. I am a passionate climate enthusiast, with an ardent desire to serve the community using my education. I am a researcher with an interest in venturing into social entrepreneurship to combat climate change and achieve sustainable developmental goals. I am a polyglot, who loves speaking many languages. I always consider books as my best friends, so I am a voracious reader which makes me a bibliophile too. Also, I consider myself a disciple of Swami Vivekananda who wanted our Indian youth to build themselves to build India by being mentally and physically strong so recently I have taken up an ancient Indian martial art, Silambam. I have been grateful for the quality education, I have gotten so far in my life when many are still struggling to afford to go to school. That's why I strongly believe my education should be used for a noble cause to solve the challenges of the 21st century. Overall, I aspire to give back to my society at large which has given me this wonderful life, so I want to pave the way for future generations by making Earth a better place to live in!
