Fees & Payment

• Harmon Counseling LLC is an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. However, nearly all insurance plans cover out-of-network mental health services!

• The standard fee for individual therapy is $175 per 60-minute session.

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

• Clients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance, including deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services.

Insurance, Out-of-Network Status & Courtesy Billing

• Harmon Counseling does not participate in any insurance networks.

• As a default courtesy, Harmon Counseling will submit digital claims to insurance on the client’s behalf after every session.

• Clients remain fully responsible for payment regardless of insurance reimbursement.

• Superbills may be provided upon request for clients who wish to self-submit claims.
