Hello World!  My name is Harlan. I am an artist, painter, poet, educator, and founder of The Art Haus Project and Color Wheel Learning. As a kid I was inspired by comics and television to become an artist. I also, had a few family members that dabbled in visual art. So, I guess it was meant to be. I attended the College For Creative studies and Wayne State University where I received a BFA, MA, and MFA in fine arts.  Now, I make art because it is fun, therapeutic, and like solving an ever expanding riddle. Without art where would the world be? It certainly would be a much less pleasant place to live if there was no art.  So,I want to spread, share, and teach the beauty of art so that others appreciate it and gain happiness from it.
