Pet Training
I offer solo dog walking within Holmes Chapel.
Puppy Socialisation sessions are available for dogs under 6 months of age. These sessions are only 30 minutes long so as not to overstimulate your pup, and involve basic training such as loose lead walking foundations, and introducing novel sights and sounds on walks.
1-to-1 training sessions are available in your home, or in an agreed upon location such as a park. 1-to-1 sessions can cover a variety of issues from lead pulling, recall issues and dog excitement reactivity, to teaching obedience skills such as stay, leave it, road manners and boundary training.
Assistance Dog Training
I offer a bespoke Assistance Dog training program tailored to you and your dog's needs. At the end of your dog's training you can sit an optional Public Access Assessment. Whilst this is not a requirement for access under the Equality Act, it offers peace of mind about your dog's level of training, and may help to prevent or resolve access refusals. Branded vests are available for dogs who have completed the program and passed their Public Access Assessment.
1-to-1 sessions can take place in your home, or community sessions can be arranged in public space such as in shops, hospitals, restaurants etc.

Other Services
I offer pop-in visits for dogs, cats, and small furries within Holmes Chapel. These 30 minute sessions are perfect for feeding, cleaning, and health checking your pet, as well as providing company, play and enrichment while you are at work or on holiday.
I also offer daytime dog sitting, and overnight care.Â
*Please note, I cannot currently accept dogs whose main reason for training is fear based reactivity, separation anxiety, resource guarding, or any dog with a bite history. These cases will need to be referred to a suitably qualified behaviourist, and a vet if applicable.
