7.2026 Our latest work, published in the JCI, uncovers how nutrient sensing drives chemotherapy resistance. We show that SLC15A3-mediated dipeptide metabolism activates mTORC1 to promote lymphoma survival under antimetabolite therapy, revealing a new metabolic vulnerability. This study reflects our long-standing interest in how nutrient sensing regulates disease and lays the foundation for our new research program at Stony Brook exploring metabolism, translation, and aging.
