I focused on developing two lessons within the 4th grade team:
Lesson 3 - La Vida de Un Ave / The Life of a Bird
Lesson 4 - Un Viaje de Pájaros / A Birds Road Trip
I also developed a cumulative field guide or guía de campo that introduced 4th grade students to a new terrestrial bird each week. At the beginning of each lesson students would first observe and wonder about the bird and then learn its migration pattern, food, habitat and a fun fact.
