- Topic: Development of synthetic methodologies using asymmetric organocatalysis and reaction mechanism study
- Description: Our research group conducts research in the fields of organocatalysis focusing on the development of novel (asymmetric) processes using organocatalytic methods. The aim of our research is to get a better understanding of reactivity and stereoselectivity in organic chemistry, by using both experimental and computational means, and apply these results to the development of innovative strategies in synthesis, allowing ultimately for the efficient synthesis of pharmaceutically relevent compounds.
