Download the CareTime app or search via internet browser. Your username is your email. You can select "Forgot Password," and it will send a link to your email to reset it. All passwords were originally set as Caretime1234! (case sensitive), but please change your password once your account is set up. For more information about CareTime, click here for the How-To Guide.
CareTime has a geofencing feature which prohibits clocking in and out unless you are within a specific radius of the client's home. It is important that you clock out BEFORE you leave the premises, as once you leave the range, it will not allow clock outs. If you forget or have any other issues, text Carlie (404) 536-1152
Employees are paid on the 6th and the 21st of each month. If either of these dates falls on a weekend, you will be paid the Friday before. To ensure timely paychecks, check that we have your direct deposit information on file. The form can be found here.
Call the Director Carlie Lambert at (404) 536-1152 or the office phone (678) 257-1005. Texting instead of calling is highly encouraged on weekends or evening shifts. If your text isn't answered within five minutes, you may call.
ALWAYS call 911 in case of emergency. Once 911 has been contacted, call or text Carlie or the office.
Please wear scrubs to all your assignments. You may also wear dress pants and a Hands of an Angel polo shirt (available at the office). When in facilities, always wear a name badge and sign-in/let staff know you're with the agency. Close-toed shoes are required. We ask that you do not wear any headwear/accessories like baseball caps, bonnets, large headbands, beanies/toboggans, durags, etc. Religious headwear IS permitted.
