Hi, I'm Han. Welcome to my website!
I am an applied microeconomist with interest in gender, education and labor economics. My research area of interest broadly focuses on the efficient accumulation and allocation of human capital. More specifically, I have been investigating factors affecting educational choice, educational outcome and labor market decisions to draw policy implications. I am expanding my research scope to connect the role of human capital and innovation and success of SMEs.
I received Ph.D. in Department of Economics at Seoul National University in Aug 2024 and am currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Research Center for Small Business Ecosystem, Inha University.
My advisor is Jungmin Lee (with committee members: Daeil Kim, Syngjoo Choi, Chamna Yoon, Jinseong Park).
