This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Printer (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) handles information when you use its printing, scanning, document conversion, and PDF tools.

Smart Printer accesses documents, photos, camera images, and text that you choose to use with its tools. This content is used to preview, scan, convert, edit, save, share, or print your files.
Document processing and text recognition are performed on your device. We do not upload your documents, photos, recognized text, or PDF passwords to a developer-operated server.
Files you save to app history are stored locally on your device. Temporary files may also be created while processing or sharing content.
If you use the contacts printing tool, the app requests permission to access your contacts. It reads contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses so you can select the information to include in a document.
Contact information is processed on your device and is not uploaded to a developer-operated server. You can deny or revoke contact access through Android settings.
Camera-related features use your device’s camera or scanning services to capture content you request. Photo and file selection features access content you select through the available system pickers.
Saving files uses the destination you choose. Smart Printer does not require unrestricted access to all files on your device for these features.
Some scanning features use Google Play services, which may download necessary components and process technical information under Google’s privacy practices.
When you print, document content is passed to Android’s printing system and the printer service or printer you select. Those services may process the document according to their own privacy policies.
When you share a file, its content is sent to the app or recipient you choose. Files saved to a cloud storage provider are handled by that provider.
The webpage printing feature connects to the website you enter. That website and its service providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser information, cookies, and data you submit on the page. Their privacy policies apply to those interactions.
The app stores settings and preferences locally, including appearance settings and whether printer setup has been completed.
Your saved history and preferences remain on your device until removed. Android backup or device-transfer features may retain or restore eligible app data according to your device settings.
Uninstalling the app generally removes its private local data. Files exported to other folders, storage providers, or applications remain there until you delete them separately.
The current Android version does not offer active in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not display advertising.
The app includes Google Play Billing capability for a future update. This policy will be updated before introducing purchases or related subscription verification services.
Smart Printer uses Android platform features, Google Play services, and services you choose for printing, sharing, browsing, or saving files.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate reported issues.
Avoid sending sensitive documents unless they are necessary for your support request. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no device, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Content you deliberately print, share, or save through another service is disclosed to the destination you choose.
Smart Printer is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and address the matter.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or information-handling practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
