These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Invoice Manager mobile application (“App”) provided by Hammad Games And Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Invoice Manager provides tools for creating and managing invoices, estimates, clients, expenses, recurring invoice templates, payment reminders, and related business documents.
The App is provided as a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing your documents and ensuring that they comply with the laws, tax rules, and business requirements applicable to you.
You agree to:
Enter accurate information in your documents
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Protect access to your device and business records
Maintain backups of important information
Review invoices, estimates, totals, taxes, and other calculations before using or sharing them
Obtain any permission required to store or use client information, logos, signatures, or other content
You must not use the App to create fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized documents.
You retain ownership of the information and content you enter or create in the App.
You are responsible for your invoices, estimates, client information, business details, logos, signatures, images, expenses, and exported documents.
We do not claim ownership of your business records.
App data may be stored locally on your device. Device failure, accidental deletion, clearing App storage, uninstalling the App, or changing devices may result in data loss.
You are responsible for maintaining copies or backups of information you need to preserve.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, user action, operating-system changes, third-party applications, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The App may provide limited free functionality and optional Premium features.
Available plans, billing periods, prices, and included features are shown in the App or through Google Play before purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and Google Play settings.
We may modify the availability or organization of features in future versions while respecting valid purchases and applicable platform requirements.
Weekly, monthly, or yearly Premium plans may automatically renew unless cancelled through Google Play before the next billing date.
Payment is charged through the user’s Google Play account. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, and billing are handled through Google Play.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through:
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Access to subscription features may continue until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation, subject to Google Play’s terms.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that provides access to the applicable Premium features for the supported lifetime of the App, subject to these Terms and platform availability.
“Lifetime” does not refer to the lifetime of the user or any specific device and does not guarantee that the App will remain available indefinitely.
Eligible purchases may be restored using the same Google account originally used for the purchase, subject to Google Play availability and verification.
A purchase may not be restored if it was refunded, cancelled, revoked, associated with another Google account, or otherwise considered inactive by Google Play.
Payments, refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are processed according to Google Play’s applicable policies.

The App may interact with Google Play and applications selected by you for opening, printing, exporting, or sharing documents.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service:

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, Android version, or third-party service.
The App is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for verifying calculations, payment details, tax values, invoice information, due dates, reminders, and exported documents before relying on them.
Notification delivery may depend on device permissions, battery settings, operating-system restrictions, and other conditions outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hammad Games And Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user
Missed reminders or notification delays
Loss of locally stored data
Business, financial, tax, or legal decisions
Third-party services or applications
Unauthorized access to the user’s device
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful use, fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable laws and platform requirements.
We may update these Terms when the App, Premium features, third-party services, or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in the user’s country.
