Hammad Games And Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Invoice Manager mobile application (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored and handled when you use the App.
The App allows you to enter information needed to create and manage invoices, estimates, clients, expenses and business records. This may include:
Business name and contact details
Client names and contact details
Invoice and estimate information
Product or service descriptions
Prices, taxes, discounts and payment details
Expense records
Business logos, signatures and other images selected by you
Notes and other document content
This information is provided voluntarily when you use the App’s features.
Business records and document information created in the App are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores the content of your invoices, estimates, client records or expenses.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and maintaining copies of any records you wish to preserve.
The App may request access to photos, images or files when you choose to:
Select a business logo
Add a signature or other image
Import supported content
Save, open, export or share generated documents
The App accesses only the content you select or create for the requested function. These permissions are not used for advertising or unrelated tracking.
With your permission, the App may send local notifications for invoice due dates, recurring invoices or payment reminders. Reminder information is processed on your device. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google Play, and we do not directly collect or store your complete payment card or banking details.

Purchase status may be used by the App to determine whether Premium features should be available.
The App allows you to export or share documents through services or applications selected by you. When you choose to share a document, the selected third-party service will handle that document according to its own privacy policy. We do not control the privacy practices of services chosen by the user.
Invoice Manager does not display third-party advertisements. We do not sell personal information or use invoice, client, expense or business information for advertising.
The App may use platform services provided by Google, including Google Play Billing, to provide purchases, subscriptions and related functionality. These services may process limited technical or transactional information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it through the App, clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App.
Files exported or shared outside the App must be deleted separately from the location or third-party service where they were saved.
Because the App does not require an Invoice Manager account and we do not store your business records on our servers, we generally cannot access or remotely delete locally stored information.
Purchase records may be retained by Google as required for transactions, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
We take reasonable steps to limit data access to the functions requested by the user. However, no device, storage system or electronic method is completely secure. Users should protect their devices with appropriate security measures and avoid sharing sensitive documents with untrusted recipients.
Invoice Manager is intended for business and productivity purposes and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App may be available in multiple countries. By using the App, you acknowledge that applicable privacy and data-protection requirements may vary by location.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, services or legal requirements change. Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
