BIPOC Teachers  with 3 years or less of experience

BIPOC new  professional teachers will  have an experienced BIPOC educator as a mentor.  

The Experienced Educator and the New Professional will meet  with twice a month

• Once via a 1:1 web-conference  ( approximately 30 minutes)

• Once in a small group web-conference ( approximately 60 minutes) with 3-4 other  New Professionals

• Mentor and Mentees will complete a Post-Session Reflection Log

• Mentor and Mentees will participate in the Urban Educator Leadership Summit date TBD Summer 2024

 Complete Reflection Log 

Include in Log: 

• Conduct teaching interest and mentoring survey to assess needs, job satisfaction, and educator interests
