As a private military company, we have standards that must be met. Ethereal Apex is a professional clan that means to take things seriously. There will seldom be any exceptions given.

Ethereal Apex offers its services to your own benefit. Our task is of your desire. We may aid in the following: recruitment, training, combat, forging, etc. Our services are not exclusive to anyone or anything, though we may have moral grounds regarding certain situations. If we are tasked with undergoing something that we do not agree with, and something that is outside of our moral standards, we shall not carry it out. Of course, it would have to be something very serious. Bias is not our problem. If we something as unfit for our services, we shall not do it. Apart from that, we are willing to serve anyone and anything as long as we receive the necessary payment, reward, or compensation.

Ethereal Apex is willing to receive a variety of different things in return for its services. We are willing to receive payment in maps, gold packs, Xbox cards, or unconditional favors. New recruits could even be provided to us in return.

Maps can be provided with specific conditions. The maps have to be of good quality and must be what we have asked for. If training, raid, or meeting maps are requested, the specific types of maps and number of them are to be provided with the requested details on the maps. The maps have to be for our usage and our usage only, unless said otherwise, especially if our service or one of our services is to provide maps. Our payment in money in the form of Xbox cards or gold packs is an alternative payment, but it will usually be asked of large clans with many available resources. As for the unconditional favor, if this option is chosen, only one favor will be asked and it can be ANYTHING. It is unconditional favor, meaning that your moral ground and opinion will matter not to us. You are not to hesitate in completing our request or else there will be consequence. Of course, payment can be in the form of new members. The number of which will be specified as will the rest of the payments.

Once a contract is decided on, upon agreement it is not to be canceled after a week establishment, unless it it in dire need of being canceled. The only two that may cancel a contract would be the Chief Executive Officer of Ethereal Apex or the clan leader, or individual, who requested the contract.
