Regulations

• Must speak fluent English
• Must be 14 years or older
• Must accept any and all regulations when joining
• Must accept any and all uniform when joining
• Must be investigated on any information on past Halo community experience
• Must not be in a gaming community or another clan at the time of recruitment
• Must be in the Discord server and the Spartan Company to officially be a part of the clan

These must be followed at all times with no exceptions.

• No teabagging
• Be active and participate
• Follow orders
• Follow protocol
• Respect those around you regardless of rank, game, and form of communication used at any time; no exceptions
• Racism, sexism, and discrimination are strictly prohibited and will NOT be tolerated in the Ethereal Apex
• Handle things with responsibility
• Act mature when on duty
• Uniform is a must when participating in clan activities
• Emblem and service tag must be remain on at all times
• While a member of Ethereal Apex, you are not allowed to join and be a member of another gaming community or clan
• While a member of Ethereal Apex , if someone is blacklisted you must block them which will remove them from your friends list and prevent playing with them. This is for the safety as a whole and If you do not follow this rule you will be given the option to block the person or be banned from the Ethereal Apex
• Must have your Discord and Xbox profile set to online
• Cannot take action or matters into your own hands unless told to do so
• Cannot cause distress or harm other clans unless told to do so
• Any Non-commissioned officer is to be referred to as "sergeant," while any officer is to be referred to as "sir"
• When a "radio silence" or "comm silence" is called you must ask for permission to speak
• It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the clan
• During any clan session, assassinations are not permitted and will be taken as a serious offense
• To have any position of command or authority, one must have access to a working microphone

• Anyone and everyone being recruited must be informed of the prerequisites to join the clan.
• Anyone and Everyone receiving basic training must be informed of all the rules and protocols the clan has.
• If any unidentified personnel join any clan session, they are to be immediately questioned and sufficient security should always be available and provided.
• If any member were to ever go rogue or be absent without leave (AWOL), they are to immediately be reacquired by our External Intelligence Agency or Special Forces and then are to be taken in for questioning and possible expulsion or termination.
• If any sort of betrayal or acts of aggression toward higher ranks are to occur, suspension, expulsion, or even death can be sentenced.
• If there are any potential threats or spies within our ranks, our Internal Intelligence Agency is to immediately investigate and locate them within the clan. People will be taken in for questioning.
• Any disclosure of classified, confidential, or redacted information will result in the necessary punishment, the results of which are classified.
• No one is to fire upon anyone unless fired upon with the exception of officers or high ranking enlisted attempting to conduct any sort of training or discipline.
• Promotions are decided by the leader of the group one is in.
• If someone is to be promoted to the rank of officer, the say of the CEO and/or Vice President is essential.
• If there is any information needed to be conveyed to those of a higher rank, then it is to follow up the chain of command. If one feels the need to contact a specific person directly, permission must be asked via up the chain of command and then authorized.
• Those that are not in the clan, regardless of who they are, are not to be allowed into any sort of clan session unless authorized by an officer or an executive.
• Within any can session, sufficient security should always be around to guard the area as well as any high ranking personnel, mainly the Chief Executive Officer and Vice president.
• Everyone is placed within a designated squad and/or fireteam. The fireteam one is in is to be the prioritized group for activity with the squad as whole being next if members of a fireteam are unavailable. If the squad itself is unavailable, anyone within the platoon one is on is to be worked with if it is required.
• Recruits must undergo and pass basic training to officially become a marine starting at the rank of E-1.
• Within the Discord, only those who belong to certain positions or occupations are to view the chats that pertain to them.
• Within the Discord, everyone is to text within the correct chat depending on what it is one must say.
• Recruits are to be promoted to the starting rank of Private (E-1) once they have completed basic training and have acquired the necessary armor set.
• Anyone being promoted to any rank or set to any position must have the necessary armor set required for that rank or position.
