My experience at Cancer Support Community Indiana gave me the opportunity to learn about health-related non-profits in a way that I would have never gotten to before. I have taken visits to other non-profits such as Pink Ribbon Connection and I Support the Girls which helped expand my knowledge about how non-profits in this setting serve our community. During my time here, I have spent hours communicating with people who have experienced cancer diagnosis' and learned how to help meet their social needs by engaging in meaningful, honest conversations.

February 2021 - Present

I have been a Team Lead for FedEx Express since August 2022. This role has given me an immense amount of experience as a leader and has taught me how communicate, guide, and motivate a group of 30+ people. I am lucky to work alongside 2 very strong leaders that help me in uplifting our team to ensure that operational goals are met and exceeded every day. I am able to successfully communicate and take instruction from our manager, senior manager, and engineer on a daily basis.
