Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology
I'm an assistant professor of industrial-organizational psychology at Louisiana State University. I study work-family dynamics, including boundary management, ideal worker norms, and the work-family experiences of marginalized workers (e.g., women generally, disability, chronic illness). I'm interested in the role of organizational policy in promoting worker well-being, especially organizational policies aimed at reducing work-nonwork demands and economic inequality. I use a variety of research methods to explore these topics, and I most frequently conduct reviews of relevant literature including qualitative reviews (e.g., systematic, integrative) and meta-analyses.
