Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology
I'm an assistant professor of industrial-organizational psychology at Louisiana State University. I study work-family dynamics, including boundary management, ideal worker norms, and the work-family experiences of marginalized workers. I'm interested in the role of organizational policy in promoting worker well-being, including employment and economic outcomes, especially policies aimed at reducing work-nonwork demands. I use a variety of research methods to explore these topics, and I most frequently conduct reviews of relevant literature.
*I am accepting graduate students starting FA 2026-2027.*
