About Me

I'm an assistant professor of industrial-organizational psychology at Louisiana State University. I study work-family dynamics, including boundary management, ideal worker norms, and the work-family experiences of marginalized workers. I use a variety of research methods to explore these topics, and I most frequently conduct reviews of relevant literature.
