Expert with 10+ years’ experience in R&D of distributed/networked systems, computer/network architecture, Internet-scale content distribution, system & protocol design, specially in large-scale software system development, application layer optimization and traffic engineering. 

With a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Professor experience in top research university in China, 10+ years of software engineering R&D experience, 8+ years of R&D team building & managing experience, 10+ years of experiences with Internet standardization (prior work directly promoted formation of IETF ALTO WG and basis of corresponding standards, and recently published 1 national standards on artificial intelligence), 8+ years of experiences with corporation-level strategic patent planning, filed 100+ patents (30+ granted), published 80+ academic papers (including a world-wide top-100 most downloaded paper in IEEE Xplore Digital Library). 

Led 100+ engineers/researchers team to design and delivery software engineering products and services, generated $50M+ annual revenue in 2020. Look to leverage my knowledge and experience into a role as leader in software engineering, product R&D, and technology development.
