Since the start of my collegiate career, I have always wanted to be involved in the healthcare industry in some way. I started out in the nursing program back in 2017 with the intention of going into pediatrics and participated in multiple different progams before changing my path. I realized within my time spent in nursing programs, that I needed to shift gears and my passion lied within the business side of healthcare, but I did not know how to achieve that. In 2020, I discovered the Health Services Management at IUPUI and fell in love with it. It made me realize that healthcare does not just need amazing healthcare professionals administering care to patients, but that they need a strong support system to back them.
