I have been at Helium for over 3 years working in many different departments. I mainly work on the floor as a server and head trainer, but I will also work at the box office from time to time as well. I am expected to provide and maintain an excellent level of guest service to patrons to provide optimal guest experience in a fast-paced environment as well as communicate and uphold the rules and guidelines expected from guests and fellow employees.

I had worked at Bob Evans for just under 2.5 years and learned a lot about how to provide timely and consisted service to guests. It was the first job I had ever had and set a very solid ground to what is expected in the hospitality and guest experience industries. This job taught me how to effectively communicated with guests over the phone to provide clarity and service and i was able to aid management in oversight of employees.
