It's the start of the game against Shiratorizawa, and Karasuno's supporters are there to cheer the team on. The starting players of both teams are introduced to the audience and the first match begins with Ushijima scoring a kill off Nishinoya. But the libero is not discouraged, instead is ready to play with his teammates against the left-handed ace.
Karasuno tries their best against Ushijima and his team in the first set, though it is difficult. Facing a left-handed player is rare, and it shows when Nishinoya continues to have trouble receiving Ushijima's powerful spikes. Unsurprisingly, Shiratorizawa takes the set 25-16 but Karasuno refuses to give up without a fight, with the will to block Ushijima and stopping their opponents from scoring any more points.
Karasuno encounters another powerful opponent: TendÅ Satori, also known as the Guess Monster. He is able to easily guess and block their spikes, but with Coach Ukai's advice, Karasuno is able to catch up easily with Shiratorizawa. Tsukishima is slowly thinking of ways to defeat his opponents, and with Yamaguchi and Sugawara being subbed in to change the momentum of the game, Karasuno is slowly creeping in to take the second set.
The last part of the second set. Karasuno comes back at Shiratorizawa with Tsukishima and Nishinoya's total defense making the match more intense. Who will take this set?

Shiratorizawa quickly takes a second set, so Karasuno is now out of chances. However, an old crow remembers the old days when they used to be on top as a more intense set is about to start.
With Kageyama resting for a bit, the fifth set will be starting with Sugawara as the setter. As he feels the pressure of entering the last set as a starter, Kiyoko tries to calm him down. On the other side of the court, Tendo reminisces his first year at Shiratorizawa, his moments at the volleyball club, and his childhood memories which helped nurture his current skills in volleyball. As the game carries on, an unfortunate incident happens which leads Karasuno into a pinch.
The intense final set of the match between Karasuno and Shiratorizawa continues. An annoyed Ushijima resolves to crush Karasuno and Hinata as the latter scores yet another point. When Kageyama comes back to the court, he and Hinata score again with their quick attack. Just when they were about to give up as Shiratorizawa regains the lead, an injured-but-determined Tsukishima returns to the court.
Karasuno is complete once again, as Tsukishima finally returns to the court ready with strategies in mind. Now that the team's defense has become stronger again, they are now able to catch up. With both teams running out of time-outs, it's now time to determine who will step out of the court as the victors, as well as the losers.
Karasuno, who were once named as the "Fallen Rivals" and "Flightless Crows", defeats Shiratorizawa with a score of 21-19. Tears of joy and mixed emotions burst through, as Karasuno resolves to win the upcoming Spring High National Tournament.
