30th Dream Concert to be held at Goyang Stadium on October 19, 2024

[Voting Period]

• Stage 1: June  19 - July 15 (Top 20)

• Stage 2: July 19 - August 8 (Top 10)

• Stage 3: August 12 - September 1 (Top 4)

• Final Stage: September 6 - September 26 (Final 1st place Super Rookie)

[Voting Policy]

• Dream Rookie voting is conducted on the "K-Pop Seoul", "Podoal", "My1Pick" apps

• 1 point is given for each vote, and up to 50 votes can be cast per day

• Mobile voting (K-Pop Seoul, Podoal, My1Pick) + PHOTOISM participation scores are added together and counted

• 20 mobile votes are counted for each PHOTOISM photo shoot

• Apps of 3 companies The top team based on voting scores + Photoism participation scores advances to the next round 

• This vote is a preliminary vote to select candidates for the second round of voting to select Dream Roookies

• The final four Dream Rookie teams will be selected in the third round of voting.
